(WFXR) — There’s nothing better than kisses and cuddles from a precious pooch! And who wouldn’t want some of that puppy love on National Puppy Day?

While you can adopt a dog from a local shelter or rescue organization, there are lots of options out there to find a new furry family member.

Unfortunately, there are scams for just about everything — even puppies!

Julie Wheeler from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) joined “WFXR News at Noon” to share some tips for distinguishing real pet ads from online scams.
